What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Four Points RV Resorts?
- Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
- Clean public bathhouses and bathrooms: mopping, sweeping, sanitizing
- Clean various types of lodging units: vacuuming, sweeping, sanitizing
- Ensure that necessary components in lodging units are in working order: light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.
- Report broken/non functioning items to the maintenance department
- Complete applicable paperwork
- Minimal customer interaction, but must be friendly and courteous and attempt to assist customers
- Some laundering of park linens
- Must work well with others
- Have a basic knowledge of the campground and amenities to answer guest questions
- On the job training
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
