Project Superintendent
FS, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to join our highly skilled team. This position comes with a great sense of pride and leadership as you are seen as the expert that helps keep job sites running smoothly. At FS, Inc. you will be working with the most advanced heavy equipment and technology. As Project Superintendent, you will ensure the crew progresses efficiently and make changes in the operation as necessary to meet deadlines. You will be the person who oversees daily operations at a job site, interacts with property owners and contractors, and prepares reports for projects.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
· Ability to read blueprints and GPS.
· Ability to lead and supervise a crew
· Ability to operate equipment and perform daily tasks on the job sites.
· Ability to read and understand all surveying and control staking

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
