Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other materials handling equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move products safely within the facility.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets while adhering to quality control processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.
Experience

- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
