Job Summary: Four Seasons Health Club seeks motivated and personable full-time and part-time Sales Coordinators to join our team! This role is responsible for driving membership sales and promoting ancillary services, including PIT, Personal Training, Pilates, and Small Group Training. The Sales Coordinator will also play a key role in enhancing the member experience by conducting Discovery Sessions that include InBody scans, goal setting, and fitness level assessments.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth:
- Engage with potential members to understand their fitness needs and recommend suitable membership options.
- Give thorough tours of the facility to ensure potential members are aware of the access and amenities the club offers.
- Actively sell and promote the PIT, Personal Training, Pilates, and Small Group Training to new and existing members.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions to convert prospects into members.
- Assist in executing membership promotions and special sales initiatives.
- Represent Four Seasons at local events with the intention of attracting members and highlighting services and programs.
Member Experience & Onboarding:
- Conduct Discovery Sessions for new and existing members, including reviewing InBody scan results, discussing goals, and assessing fitness levels.
- Provide guidance on available fitness programs and services to help members maximize their experience.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by setting up introductory sessions and connecting members with trainers or fitness programs that align with their goals.
- Serve as main point of contact should questions about their membership and/or service arise.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, member interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist with front desk operations and member inquiries when needed.
- Collaborate with the fitness and operations teams to enhance overall club engagement.
- Process new member agreements and rewrites in a timely manner.
- May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Breakdown of time:
- 30% Consulting with prospective and existing members; giving tours and conducting Discovery Sessions
- 25% Phone calls, emails and texts to non-members
- 25% Phone calls, emails, and texts to existing members
- 10% paperwork and administrative tasks
- 5% Marketing and promotions
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service required. Fitness experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential and existing members.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness with knowledge of fitness programs and training services.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working with technology, CRM systems, and fitness assessment tools (experience with InBody scans is a plus).
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule: The Sales Coordinator will work varying hours and days including some weekends and evenings, pending availability and company needs.
