CATERING & CONFERENCE SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Catering & Conference Services Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

The Catering & Conference Services Coordinator is a central member of the Catering and Conference Services Team. From business meetings to elegant weddings and special events, the Catering and Conference Services Team focuses on curating magical events, designing menus and detailed coordination to ensure the flawless execution of our events. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

What You’ll Do
The Catering & Conference Services Coordinator is a central member of the Catering and Conference Services Team. From business meetings to elegant weddings and special events, the Catering and Conference Services Team focuses on curating magical events, designing menus and detailed coordination to ensure the flawless execution of our events. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to the Director, Assistant Director and Catering and Conference Service Managers. This position assists with administering contracts, BEO’s, our Change and Guarantee System, daily and weekly reports and is responsible for general office administration.
- Coordinating all internal functions for departments within the resort.
- The Coordinator maintains the client filing system and provides other support wherever needed.
- Creating purchase orders and requisitions as required for vendor services.

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Candidates should have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, able to provide evidence of strong business acumen, attention to detail, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills.
- Applicants are required to have three to five years experience in service related food and beverage positions
- A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management is preferred.
- Hourly Rate: $27.17
