Conference Services And Director Of Catering:

• 6 years Catering sales experience with 2 years of Director level experience
• Direct event logistics from pre-event planning through post-event analysis
• Strong negotiation and sales skills and knowledge of contracts
• Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Delphi/FDC software
• Engaging personality is ideal for building client relationships
• Creative ability to customize menus and programs for clients that differentiate the resort from the competition
• Knowledge of banquet department (sets, AV equipment, scheduling, menu planning) and experience with at least 80,000 square feet of meeting space
