Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Group Sales Manager to join our talented Shared-Services Sales & Marketing team! About The Role

The Shared-Services Group Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales. This position is responsible for selling and securing group business for two distinctive South Florida luxury hotels to achieve annual assigned individual revenue goals and hotel budgets. This position is a Brand Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels. It requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion with decision-making, handling, and managing confidential information for both properties.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for promoting, selling, and securing group business from assigned group territories, segments, and vertical markets.
  • Generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, FAM trips, and tradeshows.
  • Ensure sales targets and revenue goals are met and that direct sales and business development activities are consistently performed and tracked.
  • Works closely with sales and marketing team to solicit, sell and contract group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
  • Uncover potential property-to-property leads on behalf of sister properties and the company

What You Bring

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all primary responsibilities and accept assignments and tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or Director of Marketing on a need basis, to promote teamwork.
  • Applicants must have three to five years of previous luxury hotel sales experience in a similar or equivalent role
  • A four (4) year College Degree is preferred; however, not essential with relevant experience.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented team player with a proven history of luxury hotel sales and business development experience.
  • skilled negotiator with a proven record of accomplishment and results in securing business

Schedule And Hours

  • Full-Time Position
  • Hybrid work option available
  • This role may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Business travel will be required
  • US Work Authorization is required
