The role of the Hotel Manager
Provide leadership and management for all operational departments. Coordinates and manages the day to day operations of the hotel. Assume responsibility of the General Manager / RVP in their absence. Oversees direct supervision of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Security, Senior Spa Director, Director of Rooms, and Director of Engineering.
Leadership Requirements
- Due to an RVP managed hotel, ideal for a seasoned Hotel Manager. An inspirational leader that the team can learn and grow from. F&B background helpful. Busy rooms operations with large suite component, long stays, and a high-volume Spa.
- Service & Product passionate to drive the guest experience through the product and service culture. An experienced individual with the ability to strategize and execute capital improvements.
- Ability to connect with employees in a genuine and caring way.
- Ability to work and support a Diverse workforce and celebrate the differences. An inclusive leader is critical.
- A strong eye for detail to lead hotel into renovation phase.
- Presence throughout the hotel to build engagement with staff, residents and guests.

Qualifications
The suitable candidate will have at least seven to ten years of hotel operations management experience and strong people leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate will have experience leading Food & Beverage Division. The ability to work closely with the General Manager is required as well as managing the operational divisions of the hotel.
