Responsibilities
- Responsibilities which will include : answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility and completing all shift reports and paperwork.
- Daily communication to all Spa Coordinators and Spa Attendants regarding daily / upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.
- Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa Coordinators according to the requirements of the Spa and P&C.
- Proactively monitoring the books, and educating Coordinators, to ensure :
- Reservations are complete and correct in order to foresee and prevent glitches and guest complaints.
- Reservations are made with regard to productivity to reduce the amount of down time for Therapists and Aestheticians.
- Hotel Guest reservations are promptly inserted into Key
- Strategic booking practices with regard to productivity and room utilization during peak hours.
- Proactively working with the Lead Therapist and Lead Aesthetician to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands smooth running of the operation and maintain an open line of communication between the therapist team and the desk staff.
- Assists Spa Manager with group bookings and correspondence.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
EDUCATION : High School education or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE : Requires one year of spa employment within the Four Seasons. Previous Supervisory experience in a related field preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES : Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, B4Time,) Oral and written proficiency in the English language. Superior communications skills. A superior sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment and patience.
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
