JOIN OUR 'OHANA
The Conference Services Manager coordinates and leads all requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department. They are responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding meeting planners through the planning process. The Conference Services Manager communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel and ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction
We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, able to evidence strong business acumen, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills. Applicants are required to have four to six years experience in service related food and beverage positions with supervisory and management experience included. A college degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or hospitality administration or equivalent experience s preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience. Ability to work long and irregular hours, weekends, and evenings is required.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
