Job Summary
Four Seasons is one of the premier landscape design, installation, and maintenance contractors in Northwest Arkansas. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the financial success of the company. This role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and extensive experience with Quick Books Online. Responsibilities include managing A/P and A/R processes, conducting monthly and job reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day operations. The position requires strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Duties
- Establish and manage internal financial accounts
- Post, verify, and maintain records of financial transactions
- Reconcile entries, balance subsidiary accounts, and maintain a balanced general ledger
- Manage and process A/P, including purchase orders, invoice validation, and check scheduling
- Manage and process A/R, including creating accurate client invoices and managing collections
- Manage monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with accurate job costing and tracking of heel yard inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2 years experience with Quick Books online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Experience with bank reconciliation procedures.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
