As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a small team of landscape and groundskeeping professionals. Your leadership skills and expertise in landscape maintenance will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape and groundskeeping workers
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, mowing, trimming, and pruning
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping and lawn care
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
