Sales Manager - Concrete Construction Industry, Full-Time

Job Description:

DCA Construction Products, a Northeast Ohio manufacturer of concrete accessories serving the markets of the U.S. and Canada, is seeking a sales manager to join our team in the concrete construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. This candidate will focus on sales and inside sales management within our existing Precast Division.

Duties & Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Precast Concrete market.

• Focus on growing existing Key Accounts and identify and pursue new prospective Key Accounts.

• Manage a team of existing inside sales Account Managers within our Precast Division.

• Identify new product opportunities applicable to the Precast Concrete market.

• Willingness to travel.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Inside or Outside Sales experience with proven sales growth results and market share gains.

• Previous management experience. If you've had experience as a Branch/Operations Manager, or Sales Manager, servicing the construction industry, that is a plus.

• Possess leadership skills which include, but not limited to, leading by example, being a team motivator, and always being self-accountable.

• Required goal oriented individual personality traits for this position are, to be a self-starter, have an unwavering strong work ethic, and possessing the innate willingness to face challenges with the desire to go above and beyond to achieve and exceed provided sales growth goals.
