Manager of Financial Insights and Analysis
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Insights and Analysis to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and budgeting
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years' experience in financial planning, business analysis, and/or strategy
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior management
