We are looking for a passionate A ssistant Banquet Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position r eports to the Director of Banquets.
What you will do
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet department while ensuring guest satisfaction.
What you bring
• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required .
• Two years previous experience in as an assistant manager position in Banquets or other Food & Beverage outlets.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
• Maui Liquor Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• ServSafe (within 3 months)

Schedule & Hours
• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
