Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating a dynamic employee experience. This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will support with leading the People and Culture strategy and execution.
What you will do
Supports the hotel as a Business Partner and driving a results-driven culture with care.
Oversees the day to day running of the People and Culture operation; including but not limited to:
Benefits administration
Talent acquisition and retention strategies
Wage and salary administration
Employee relations
Learning and development
Workers compensation
Compliance
Employee performance management and career development
What you bring
Experience required is from two to four years of employment in a related leadership position, preferably with Four Seasons or another luxury hospitality brand
Experience in People & Culture leadership and strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, and exposure to other People and Culture functions
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred knowledge of labor law, Workday HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
