What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position at Four Seasons?
As part of the Four Seasons Produce sales team, the Customer Service Specialist handles customer calls, performs sales entry and follow-up to our customers; including Produce Managers and Buyers at Independent Supermarkets, Co-ops, Natural Food Stores and Organic Markets that we supply.
Schedule : Sunday- 8-1 : 30pm, Monday - Thursday - 7am-4 : 15pm
Location : Ephrata, PA (onsite)
What you get to do as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
- Perform sales entry of produce orders via phone, email, fax, online ordering, EDI from individual independent retailer accounts, that are part of a group managed by the sales team.
- Perform sales entry for buyers from other store departments (Floral / Meat / Dairy / Fresh / Salad Bar departments)
- Answer inbound customer calls from a variety of accounts during heavy call volume periods
- Computer data entry into customer portals
- Follow-up on customer requirements that need to be managed through other departments
- Ad-hoc sales support activities, as needed, to help the department
- Other administrative / customer service duties, as assigned
