About the role

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator, supporting the Food & Beverage department. Within this role, you will play a key role in supporting the daily functions of our Food & Beverage departments. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

What you will do

• Review and process incoming correspondence, redirecting as appropriate, and compile necessary data to support operations.

• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes as requested.

• Maintain inventory and manage orders for all Food & Beverage office supplies.

• Process daily payroll and ensure accuracy in payroll records.

• Generate Payroll Status Authorizations and ensure timely submission.

• Handle the cash bank responsibly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

• Assist in the calculation and distribute tips and payouts with precision and confidentiality.

• Generate purchase orders based on provided product information, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement procedures.

• Prepare and submit requisitions to the purchasing department.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed reports for the three Food & Beverage departments.

• Participate in scheduled meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

What you bring

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in payroll processing and cash handling is preferred.

• Familiarity with Four Seasons’ standards and operational procedures is an asset.

• Flexibility to support various departmental needs and schedules.

Schedule & Hours

This role is a full-time, on-site role. Must have flexibility to work weekends, holidays and AM/PM.

Compensation

$30.00 - 31.00 per hour
