At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Owner Service Representative consistently displays a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor when interacting with owners and guests as well as clearly explaining owner use privileges and communicating any necessary information or requests to supporting departments.
What you will do:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date owner files and records
Ascertain owner/guest needs and correctly answer questions and concerns
Managing owner and guest complaints alongside management, ensuring they are well informed of any actions taken.
Generate reports, spreadsheets and tracking for manager review.
Building owner files, updating spreadsheets, verify for accuracy and understand charts to determine availability.
Accurately maintain owner files, records, and all pertinent updated information.
Quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates and correctly process reservation requests.
Conduct timely research on owner issues.
Be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently, and working independently with little or no supervision.
Perform extensive data entry
Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Managing a multi phone line system and recite all information regarding Residence Club facilities.
Assist owners with use privileges, such as, split weeks, double usage, and exchanges, and handling Concierge-like requests.
Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
What you bring:
Proficiency in the English language and excellent written and reading skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Previous computer training or experience
Excellent customer service skills
Typing skills preferred
Proficiency in a second language is an asset
