Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The purchasing Coordinator is responsible for daily deliveries and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Loading dock and processing areas.
Responsibilities
- Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel including loading and unloading carts and placing them in appropriate storerooms.
- Log all inbound guests and event shipments into our tracking system.
- Ensure all established Four Seasons Purchasing department standards are met with the utmost accuracy.
- Issue liquor/goods requisitions,
- Ensure loading dock is clean and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to work autonomously.
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs minimum continuously throughout the day.
- Stand and walk 8 hours per day.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
