Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day winery operations, including production, sales, and hospitality.
- Manage vineyard activities, harvest schedules, and wine production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve wine quality and business profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead and manage a team, including winemakers, staff, and tasting room employees.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and customers.
- Plan, organize, and host winery events such as wine tastings, seasonal festivals, private tours, and corporate gatherings to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation.
- Develop creative event concepts that align with the winery's vision and attract a wide range of guests.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote winery events through social media, newsletters, and local partnerships.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, equipment, and facility operations.
