What are the responsibilities and job description for the Winery Operations Team Member position at Four Sisters Winery?

1、Event Host/ Planner：Our main events include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations, immersive Murder Mystery experiences, Grape Stomping, and more. You can choose to host the events you excel at, or even introduce your own specialty events. We are happy to customize new activities tailored to your expertise, aiming to provide guests with a richer and more memorable experience.
2、Wine Operations staff：
- Oversee daily winery operations, including guest reception, customer service, and wine introduction.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the winery.
- Assist in organizing winery events, such as wine tastings and tour receptions.
- Support wine sales by providing professional recommendations to customers.
- Perform other related tasks to ensure smooth winery operations.
3、Vineyard Technician/Laborer：
- Responsible for or involved in planting, pruning, fertilizing, and harvesting grapes.
- Controlling weeds, pests, and diseases to ensure healthy grape growth.
- Maintaining trellises, irrigation systems, and other farm equipment.
