We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for ongoing projects by leveraging expertise in finance and accounting with a focus on recommending improvements for efficiencies.
Position Overview : The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in documenting project processes from initiation to completion, recommending improvements, and enhancing operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or accounting to effectively understand and analyze our systems related to orders, payments, inventory, and purchasing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document advanced business requirements for projects.
- Document and analyze project processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test cases, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Focus on process enhancement and business process re-engineering to optimize operations.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for project processes and improvements.
- Work closely with finance teams to understand and integrate processes related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and treasury management.
