About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is skilled in recruiting, team leadership, and building strong relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving the recruitment process and supporting the development of top-tier talent, all while fostering a motivated and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and enjoys empowering others to succeed. While prior experience in real estate is not required, familiarity with the industry is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $24,000, plus an attractive bonus structure.
- The potential to earn $150,000 annually based on performance. There are no limits on your earning potential.
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Florida and willing to travel as needed.
