Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a primary focus on designing visually compelling email, SMS, and text message campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Secondary responsibilities will include monitoring competitor marketing efforts, photographing products and semi-trucks, and creating assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a solid grasp of digital marketing trends. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams and be expected to manage tasks within Microsoft Office Suite tools.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design engaging email templates, SMS graphics, and text marketing visuals that align with brand guidelines and drive customer action
· Optimize visual content for mobile responsiveness and readability across platforms
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute scheduled email/text/SMS campaigns
· Ensure consistency in messaging and visual tone across all channels
· Monitor and track competitor emails, SMS, and digital campaigns for trend analysis and inspiration
· Photograph products and semi-trucks for use in digital and print campaigns
· Edit and enhance imagery using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· Assist in creating additional graphics for web, social, and advertising as needed
· Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos and design files
· Designs logos as requested.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and/or Videography, preferred.
· Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
· Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Photography, especially product and vehicle photography
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Must be very proficient in grammar and spelling areas.
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro)
· Experience In Email marketing and SMS platforms
· Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Working Conditions:
Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, carrying up to 50 lbs., and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaces will also be present. Long periods of sitting and computer screen viewing will be required. Good visual acuity required for shooting and editing duties. Constant use of hand/arms due to computer entry duties.
