Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Remote (some travel may be required)

About the Role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Do you enjoy solving problems, thinking critically, and collaborating across teams? WellStreet Urgent Care is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing BI team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support business decisions across departments.
Your ability to dig into data, build meaningful reports, and communicate the "why" behind the numbers will help us improve processes, drive performance, and deliver outstanding care to the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards (primarily using Excel and Power BI)
Retrieve and curate data from multiple systems to support analysis across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize business logic and maintain a shared data dictionary
Improve and consolidate legacy Excel reporting into modern, scalable BI models
Support ad hoc reporting needs and respond to data requests
Participate in scheduled evening report distributions while automation is in progress
Learn and apply Epic reporting technologies and data architecture
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all deliverables
Be a data steward and advocate for process improvement

Technical Proficiency:
Strong Excel skills (Power Query experience strongly preferred)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages is a strong plus
Willingness to train on Epic’s BI Developer track

Strong analytical mindset focused on understanding the "why" behind data
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of Microsoft tools and data presentation software
A commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance
Preferred Background
Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in healthcare data and BI tools is a plus
Training in data security and compliance standards
Working Conditions
Remote position with potential travel
Occasional need to carry equipment (up to 30 lbs)
Possible exposure to clinical environments (PPE required)
