Skills-: Knowledge and experience within the State Florida personnel system, knowledge of applicable statutes and rules, preferably with classification.
Duties-: Reviews, audits and analyzes position descriptions, moving them from one electronic format and uploading them into another repository portal. Assists classification team with maintaining and updating statewide like-position repository in SharePoint, in accordance with mandated regulatory and/or policy changes. Assists HR management with special projects, which may include extensive research and analysis and recommends solutions and alternative practices. Utilizes a variety of analysis tools and methodologies. May be exposed to confidential information.
