- Evaluate enhancement requests and provide estimates
- Design technical solutions using Visual Vault SaaS product
- Create and execute test plans and scripts
- Facilitate user acceptance testing
- Document testing outcomes
- Deploy software updates
Technical Requirements
Required Skills:- Proficiency in Visual Vault SaaS product
- Experience with business process workflow implementation
- Strong test planning and case development abilities
- Technical documentation expertise
- Knowledge of OITS applications and infrastructure
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education and Certifications
Required:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
