Job Description:
Fourk is excited to expand our operations and is looking for experienced and energetic staff to join our team for lunch and brunch shifts projected to start on April 15th. We are seeking dedicated Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training will be done prior to mid April.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless dining experience during busy lunch and brunch hours.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present and recommend wine pairings to guests, demonstrating knowledge of wine selection, proper pouring techniques, and appropriate glassware.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your section, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their meal.
- Utilize the Toast POS system to process orders and payments, making sure to handle transactions smoothly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
- Address guest concerns or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety standards to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Prior serving experience in a high-volume environment is Required.
- Knowledge of wine presentation, pairing, and service, including pouring techniques and glassware.
- Comfortable working with the Toast POS system (or similar POS systems).
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available for both lunch and brunch shifts.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for hospitality.
Projected Start Date: Lunch operations are set to begin on April 15th, and we are looking to hire staff immediately to ensure a smooth transition.
