The Impact
As the HR Director, Americas you will work with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on leading and executing the HR strategy across the Americas region, overseeing HR operations and talent management for 280 employees across 4 countries. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and HR operational excellence throughout the region.

Supervise an HR Generalist and oversee day-to-day HR operations including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relationsEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operating countriesDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote consistency while respecting local requirementsMonitor and optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and employee experienceManage relationships with external vendors and service providersStrategic LeadershipRepresent the Americas region when working with an international team and CHRO to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesProvide strategic HR guidance to regional business leaders and manage complex employee relations issuesLead change management initiatives and ensure effective communication across all levelsTalent ManagementLead succession planning and career development programs across the regionOversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with company objectivesDevelop and execute learning and development initiatives to build organizational capabilitiesDrive employee engagement initiatives and monitor effectiveness through various metricsPeople Analytics & ReportingPrepare regular reports on workforce analytics for executive leadershipIdentify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improvementWhat We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR leadership roleExperience in providing HR support in US, Canada and Mexico is preferredStrong knowledge of labor laws and employment practices in key marketsTrack record of successfully leading organizational change and transformation initiativesStrategic thinking and business acumenOutstanding leadership and team management capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse environmentsFluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirementPersonal Qualities

The estimated annual salary for this role will be between $120,000 - $135,000. Accuris also offers an annual incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional details will be provided during the recruitment process.
