Opened in 1993, the Hotel was the company’s second property in Europe. A 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat, the Hotel’s meticulous restoration subtly incorporates historic references into its timeless style. Fragments of frescoes, a beautiful emblem of the building’s sanctified past, create a meditative backdrop for relaxed elegant interiors with classic architectural flourishes. The Role of Concierge: We currently have an opportunity for a Concierge to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano, in Italy! Reporting into the Chief Concierge you will be responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence. Our Ideal Concierge candidate will have: Experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. We are looking for a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and who delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
