Job Overview
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Inventory Planner in various aspects of inventory forecasting, ladder planning, and regulatory compliance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining ladder plans for inventory.
- Help analyze trends and seasonality to adjust forecasts, manufacturer MOQs, receipts, and inventory levels as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to improve and streamline existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in inventory management and cost control processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices, including forecasting, ladder planning, and sales analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes in the supply chain, including import and export regulations.
