Position Overview:
The Restaurant District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple Dairy Queen locations within a designated region. This role focuses on ensuring each location meets or exceeds company standards for customer service, product quality, and profitability. The District Manager supervises and supports restaurant managers and staff, ensuring they are well-trained and effectively perform their roles.
District Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or hospitality management, or 4 years additional relevant experience.
- 2 years in a multi-unit food service management role.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Holds a valid Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification, as applicable.
- In-depth knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Required Travel: up to 75% of the time.
- Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
