Our client, a luxury Italian showroom, is seeking an Accounting Temp to process their invoices in Apparel Magic and handle general accounting duties in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities :
- Process wholesale sales invoices using Apparel Magic (ERP software).
- General bookkeeping duties & journal entries.
- Enter bills from vendors in Quick Books.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Review all invoices for completeness.
- Obtain approvals as needed.
- Work with vendors to confirm contracts per billing request.
- Review all orders and payment applications on Apparel Magic.
- Collaborate the with the accounting team on a daily basis.
- Flag any discrepancies to accounting team.
