Our client is seeking a temp Notetaker to join their Greenwich, CT office.


Hours: Full-Time

Duration: 3 months


Responsibilities:

  • Support executives with managing notes & files.
  • Organized notes based on meeting title, ensure notes can be ready to be pulled for usage.
  • Attend all client meetings.
  • Carefully take meeting notes - organize by bullet points.
  • Digitalize hand written notes as needed.
  • Utilize meeting notes & turn into recaps for executives.
  • Support with other admin tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Flexible schedule / available to work full on-site in Greenwich, CT.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of admin experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.
  • Team player and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Must pass a typing test prior to interview. ~ 80 words / minute.
