Our client is seeking a temp Notetaker to join their Greenwich, CT office.
Hours: Full-Time
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Support executives with managing notes & files.
- Organized notes based on meeting title, ensure notes can be ready to be pulled for usage.
- Attend all client meetings.
- Carefully take meeting notes - organize by bullet points.
- Digitalize hand written notes as needed.
- Utilize meeting notes & turn into recaps for executives.
- Support with other admin tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule / available to work full on-site in Greenwich, CT.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of admin experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask is a must.
- Team player and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Must pass a typing test prior to interview. ~ 80 words / minute.
