What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Specialist position at Fourth Floor?
Our Luxury Bath and Kitchen Design client is seeking a Contracted Client Support Specialist to join their Miami Design District Showroom. Please note - this will be an ongoing contracted position for 4-5 months. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Sales support in the form of qualifying walk in traffic/answering phones
- Quoting for sales orders/spec packet preparation
- Preparing for client visits (set up conference room)
- Help with organizing/ordering samples
- Help with showroom inventory/organizing showroom
- Order processing/sales administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- MUST be strong in learning systems such as order entry
- Looking for candidates with customer service and order management background.
- Autonomous and results-oriented Personality.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
