Our client, a leading apparel brand, is seeking a Designer - Sweaters to join their team in NYC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design sweaters for both core and seasonal collections, ensuring high standards of style, fit, and quality.
- Collaborate with the woven designer to ensure cohesive collections.
- Work closely with the development and production teams to oversee the execution of designs from concept to final product.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and integrate them into the design process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sweater design.
- Strong knowledge of knitwear techniques and garment construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work fulltime on site
