Our client, a Junior Missy clothing company, is seeking a Designer with Sweaters experience to join their growing team!
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop styles that align with the seasonal collections, keeping in mind current trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the design team to create mood boards, color palettes, and textile combinations for upcoming collections.
- Lead the design process from concept through to the final product, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Communicate effectively with product development teams to ensure designs are executed correctly and meet manufacturing standards.
- Stay ahead of market trends and anticipate the needs of customers to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Participate in fittings and adjust designs as necessary to achieve perfect fit and finish.
- Provide technical design specifications for sweaters, including detailed sketches, patterns, and tech packs.
- Assist in sourcing new materials and suppliers for innovative yarns and fabrics.
Qualifications :
80k-$90k commensurate of experience
