Our client, a luxury jewelry boutique, is seeking a Director of Ecommerce & Marketing to lead digital growth and customer engagement. This role will own the ecommerce roadmap, oversee digital and in-store marketing initiatives, and drive seamless omnichannel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead ecommerce strategy, site performance, and conversion optimization on Shopify.
- Own digital marketing across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, and social.
- Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation and automated flows.
- Drive in-store marketing initiatives to support traffic and engagement.
- Manage and grow a high-performing ecommerce and marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, retail, and operations.
- Manage budgets, report on KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7 years in ecommerce/digital marketing; 3 in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Shopify and omnichannel retail strategy.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, lifecycle, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing teams and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Background in luxury, fashion, or premium retail preferred.
$150k-$175k depending on experience
