What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Operations Coordinator, Invoicing & Operations position at Fourth Floor?
Our client, a luxury brand, is looking for an Event Operations Coordinator to temporarily join their team.
You must have experience with SAP Purchase Orders & Invoice Submittals to be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the production & logistics needs for all retail activations and clientele activities, including high-end and wholesale, in-store and out-of-store environments.
- For all activities above, organize and track all project completion on the company server and compile reports.
- Coordinate any ad hoc production needs : Custom displays and props, tent signage, supplies orders, store signage, and gifting projects.
- Set up all new vendors in system and maintain Vendor Database.
- Assist with creative items inventory.
- Create PO’s and submit SAP Prop Orders, track & submit invoices, and update budget accordingly.
- Place orders, pack, and create shipping labels as needed.
- Support with meeting planning and preparation, book conference room, place food & beverage orders.
