Our client, a Fashion Brand, is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team temporarily for around 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment forms (I-9, W-4, direct deposit forms, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute employee ID badges for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records, both physical and digital.
- Support offboarding processes, including collecting company property and processing exit paperwork.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards in all HR tasks.
- Assist with additional HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 2 year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
