What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at SBH Fashion?
One of our Luxury Fashion clients is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team ASAP in NYC.
Role is freelance, 40 hrs of work a week and would operate on a hybrid schedule. Role is set to continue till end of 2025.
Previous HR experience (if retail great), with 1-2 years of experience. This role is admin heavy and would be focused on supporting the corporate employee population, with exposure to retail HR as well. It is truly a temporary opportunity, in which we would need someone to start ASAP and available through the end of the year.
Job Responsibilities:
•Supports in the employee onboarding process for corporate new hires
•Organizes and prepares the induction schedule along with the respective head of the department.
•Prepare and provide Company announcements regarding new hires and promotions
•Support in managing the annual review and 90 day review process for all corporate employees
•Support in the management of the Corporate Internship Program
•Support in collaborating on employee relations issues, draft and edit documents.
•Maintain and update Corporate Organizational Charts on a monthly basis
•Maintain and update Corporate Employee Profiles on a monthly basis
•Support in the offboarding process for corporate employees
•Conduct Exit Interviews with all Corporate employees
•Support in the tracking, maintaining and processing of invoices for HR dept using the PO process
•Proficient with Excel & Powerpoint
•Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors/ADP preferred but not required
Salary : $25 - $28
