As a Luxury Sales Associate on the Fourth Floor, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to our clients and being a true ambassador of the brand. You will ensure that every client is treated according to the company expectations, support the store team by providing guidance and ensuring smooth running of sales, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as the company history and heritage.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Support sales floor operations and provide guidance to colleagues
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company history and heritage
You will work towards achieving monthly sales targets, proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual goals and enhance business, and utilize CRM to build and retain relationships with current customers and identify potential clients.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people
- Read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and client-related documentation
- Adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
