Our Client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for an Office Manager/ Receptionist to join their team on a temp basis!
Responsibilities
•Manage the front desk and warmly greet all clients.
• Prepare office essentials daily (making coffee and replenishing snack supply, copy paper, bathroom supplies, etc.)
• Responsible for the reconciliation of office supplies and miscellaneous orders for the office.
• Manage office guests’ entry and answer general office phone calls.
• Support office moves, new equipment deliveries, and office projects as needed.
• Manage calendars.
• Manage NY conference room space.
• Plan and prepare information for meetings, presentations, interviews, etc.
• Prepare and file important paperwork with discretion.
• Manage all NY building changes and communicate to general population in a timely manner
• Assist with facilitating staff events with the support of internal partners and external vendors.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience working in an administrative assistant or office manager role.
• Great communication skills written and spoken.
• Ability to handle employee matters with a high-level of tact and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive).
