Sample Inventory Manager

Job Summary

The Samples Coordinator role at Fourth Floor involves coordinating the flow of merchandise samples from pre-production to post-production.

Key Tasks

1. Oversee the tracking, unpacking, sorting, and storage of all samples entering the studio.
2. E nsure that all Product Key styles are available in the studio before each shoot, prepped and ready for production.
3. Main tain an organized sample closet for daily photo shoots, styling pulls, and reshoots.
4. Inspect samples, keep an ongoing inventory of merchandise, and facilitate procurement, preparation, and flow of samples.
5. Collaborate with the production team and stylist to coordinate lifestyle photoshoot samples and props.
6. Route samples through the pre-production stage, working with business partners to ensure successful fast-track to production as needed.
7. Simultaneously track samples from multiple vendors, multiple shoots, content creators, and ensure sample-related milestones are met on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
