Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Security Guard for their NYC Soho store.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the luxury store
- Manage incoming store traffic, form waiting lines as needed
- Patrol and monitor activity to ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Evict trespassers or any violators
- Follow legal protocols
- Control the entrance and departure of employees and visitors
- Monitor surveillance cameras as needed
- Provide detailed reports to management on daily activities, store traffic, and incidents
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as a security guard (fashion and/or luxury space preferred!)
- Prior experience in law enforcement preferred
- Strong knowledge of security protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to operate security systems and emergency equipment
- Able to react appropriately in high-stress situations
