Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking an Associate for Global Training Development to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Research, prepare, design, and deliver quarterly product training materials for our global Outlet channel; partnering with key stakeholders as needed and helping to refine and streamline processes as necessary.
- Support Instructional Design: assist in the creation and development of various learning programs via PowerPoint presentations, eLearning courses, and practice tools as needed
- Monitor learning and development operations as needed including Learning Management System and learning technology administration, reporting, translations, and communications.
- Manage Global Education Team project plan, keeping projects on schedule and adjusting as necessary.
- Gather and synthesize feedback for Training department to measure effectiveness of programs and propose enhancements to improve the training process.
- Partner, as needed, with global and domestic training partners to ensure sound delivery of training programs and materials.
- Build relationships across departments to assess ongoing needs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in Learning & Development ideally within fashion, luxury or retail industries.
- Detail oriented, a sharp eye for quality and accuracy in work output.
- Experience working in a remote role: able to self-manage workstream in order to meet deadlines; comfortable with video conferencing tools and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated project management experience: strong organizational skills, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Agile, able to work across a diverse array of systems to coalesce the information most relevant to the retail audience.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to partner across teams both with HQ and field training partners.
- Ability to work independently on various projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines.
- Proactive, takes initiative to find the best solution to ever-evolving training needs.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably Docebo, a plus.
