Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support their team temporarily in New York! This role is 4x a week on-site, full-time hours and will last 3 months .
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to optimize sales for the Wholesale Team.
- Coordinate with external buying teams to share selling materials.
- Manage sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools.
- Act as the main point of contact between external partners and team.
- Assist with market support activities, event preparation, and product knowledge presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 1 year wholesale/ showroom/ market experience, luxury brand experience a plus.
- Strong focus on building client relationships and customer service.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Skypad.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
