Our client, a well-known fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to support their team temporarily in New York! This role is full-time hours.
Responsibilities :
- Manage movement of all samples including but not limited to : e-commerce / ad shoots, market, and trunk shows
- Partner with external accounts on e-commerce / ad shoots ensuring all information is provided prior to launch dates
- Assist in market appointments with wholesale accounts
- Create line sheets and review order entry
- Create merchandising guides post market to distribute to stores
- Work cross functionally with other departments such as PR, Fashion Office, and Retail for business needs
- Update weekly style selling to distribute to team
- Support special events and fashion week
- Attend local store visits with sales or VM teams when needed
