Responsibilities
Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
Manage the front desk and greet all guests
Complete admin paperwork / filing as needed
Ensure office supplies are available / ordered
Assist in coordinating staff meetings or trainings
Act as a liaison for several departments
Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
2-3 years of office management / reception experience in the fashion industry is required.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
Strong problem solving skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
